Custom Car Pete: 2011 Chrysler Town and Country Limited 3.6 I had to open the liftgate manually by popping the small bottom middle cover off from the inside and trip the latch to open the liftgate. I then did a visual and decided to check the fuse and it was good it should have power at all times. Next I went for the module which is located in the lower left rear behind the tire tool storage compartment. I found the power plug was corroded and cut it off. I cleaned the terminals and used insulated female 1/4″ spade terminals with some dielectric grease to fix it. I did have to clear the codes to make it work again.
